How the Exchange Program Works
- For Individual Customers:
The most common cylinder used for residential purposes is the 20LB cylinder, holding about 4.5 gallons of propane. You can either bring in your own non-expired cylinder for exchange or purchase a new one. Simply drop off your empty cylinder and swap it for a full one, making the process quick, easy, and convenient. - For Commercial Customers:
We offer delivery and exchange services for our commercial clients, ensuring you always have full cylinders for your business operations. You’re only charged for the cylinders that are exchanged, with no delivery fee for standard exchanges. - For rush requests or delivery requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, there may be an additional delivery charge.
We also provide customized services for businesses with high-volume cylinder needs to minimize downtime.

Cylinder Cages for Secure Storage
For businesses that require safe and organized cylinder storage, we offer cylinder cages to secure your tanks. The cages are available for an annual fee and come in the following sizes:

- 24-cylinder cage: Larger option for high-volume commercial needs, available for lease at an additional fee.
